AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS
1.Shipping via Courier
Orders are dispatched daily until 15:00 in the afternoon or the next business day through our affiliated courier company.
The average delivery time is 1-3 business days for readily available products.
In the event that your order includes items that are currently out of stock, your order will be delivered once we receive the awaited items. We will contact you to inform you about the pickup times from our suppliers and the delivery to your address.
Shipping via courier is available for parcels weighing up to 15kg.
*For the delivery of our products to remote areas, the average delivery time depends on the cooperating courier and ranges between 3-5 business days.
2.Delivery through Carrier to Your Location
For shipments via courier, the delivery hours of the respective Transport Company apply. In the comments section of your order, please provide us with the details of the carrier to which you wish your order to be sent—namely, the name, address, and phone number. We will dispatch your order to the specified location within 3 – 5 business days. Shipping via carrier is available for orders weighing over 15kg.
*Cash on delivery is not supported for shipments via courier.

3. In-Store Pickup
Retrieve your order for free from our store. Store Address: 10th km Kozani – Thessaloniki, 50100.
*Notification from the company is required to inform you when your order will be available for in-store pickup. Following your notification from the company regarding the availability of your order for pickup, it will remain at our store for collection for a period of 10 days. After this time frame, if not collected, the order will be automatically canceled.
